Our extended family gathered for a family wedding and we were lucky enough to reserve all three homes on Treasure Island. The houses are located on the most beautiful property we have ever stayed at. The hosts thought of everything, they were meticulously clean and well-appointed, with everything a guest could need. The homes were the perfect backdrop for enjoying so many great moments with family. Morning coffee taking in the view from the porches, sharing delicious meals, bike rides to the beach, peaceful kayak paddles through the marsh, stories shared around the fire pit, laughing until our cheeks hurt, playing games around the table. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. We cannot say enough great things about this place. We can see our family returning here again and again. The houses, property, location and hosts are 10/10!!

This is the most amazing place I’ve ever stayed at. The house is new and designed and furnished PERFECTLY. We stayed as an early Christmas trip with my wife and three kids and everyone loved it. The views of the ocean are unreal. Both mornings we saw a few deer swim from beach to beach. I honestly can’t think of one thing to complain about or anything I’d change. It’s super clean and again furnished perfectly. It doesn’t have the “used AirBnB” feel every other place I’ve stayed in has. Truly a great spot. We’re already planning a return trip.

Stella Serena is an oasis of calm in a busy coastal area. There’s lots of fun to be had up and down the coast. When you’ve had it, the cottage awaits, its back to the world, the marsh unfurling in every direction, the ocean rumbling in the distance. Drink in all that beauty through the many windows throughout the cottage, or out on the deck overlooking the marsh, or at the firepit. We had a lovely paddle through the marsh to the ocean, in kayaks provided by the owners.

The cottage had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It’s beautifully renovated and furnished. Housekeeping is immaculate, beds are very comfortable, and showers are great. The kitchen is very well equipped. We’ll be back – if we can squeeze ourselves into the crowd making reservations! This is a truly outstanding property – many thanks!!

In a word, Stella Maris is PERFECT! We rented it for a week for our family from California and Arizona. Every aspect of the property is exceptional: the location adjacent to the marsh and Cohasset Harbor, a paddleboard and 5 kayaks with easy access to the water, a backyard fire pit, a spacious deck and patio with amazing views of the harbor and sunsets, a gas grill, beautiful grounds for strolling, a well-appointed kitchen, an open floor plan for family gatherings and good-sized bedrooms. And, beautiful Minot Beach is just a short walk.

Stella Maris is the star of the sea, the star of the land and the star of your vacation.

Stella Maris was everything it was described to be, and more. The views and sunsets from the deck were amazing! The hosts really thought of everything that you may need for your stay. The extra blankets for chilly nights on the deck came in handy on several occasions. The kitchen is more than well equipped. I do not think there was anything missing for even the most discerning chef. The house is secluded and private, but well situated for all the things that Scituate and the surrounding area has to offer. It was especially nice walking around the private grounds, watching the sea birds poke around the marsh, and just taking in the beautiful, natural surroundings. If you are looking for seclusion and peace and quiet, this is definitely the place.
